You bought it but changed your mind.

At TERMINAL X, you can return it for free.

Packing Instructions

Step 1

Make sure all items are labeled.
*Shoes must be packed in the original shoe box.

Step 2

Pack the items in the black TERMINAL X bag in which they were received. If you don’t have the bag, pack it in another sealed bag.

Step 3

Please use the return sticker that you’ll find inside the bag and stick it on the bag. If you want to re-print the return sticker, please contact our customer service at support@terminalxonline.gr or by using the Chatbot on the website and we will send it to you.

Step 4

Close the package and seal it with the extra sticker stripe.

How does it work?

  • Go to  returns
  • Type your order details.
  • Choose the items you’d like to return. If you're returning a defective product, choose "Other" as the return reason for this item and upload one or more images of the product's defect.
  • Contact our Customer Support Team at terminalxonline.gr so that our courier picks up your package at a convenient time.

    • A refund will be made within 14 business days.
