Terms
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify unilaterally or renew the present terms and conditions of the transactions made through its online store, according to its needs and business customs. The Company undertakes to inform users of any modifications and any changes through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms does not include orders that you have already placed.
Information & Products provided
The Company is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on the website www.terminalxonline.gr, both in terms of the existence of the essential characteristics described for each product available, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the services provided by our online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors, which have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
Limitation of liability
The Company cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of products but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers about their unavailability. The Company is liable only for fraud and gross negligence and for information that the Company gives or services provided through its website. The online store is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the website and during this time and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Also, the Company has no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through this website.

The website is the official website of the Company. All the content of the web pages, posted by Terminal X including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative works or misleading the public about the actual provider of the content of the websites is prohibited. Any reproduction, re-publication, uploading, communication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is only permitted with the prior written permission of the Company or any other legal owner of the above-mentioned copyrights. The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent the Company and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the Company and/or www.terminalxonline.gr and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and fair as well as proportional competition. In any case, their appearance and exposure on the website www.terminalxonline.gr should not be understood in any way as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
User’s Obligations
The users of the website accept that they shall not use them or the e-shop to send, publish, e-mail or in any other way propagate any Contents that are illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, disturbing, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, indecent, libelous, in breach of another party’s privacy, show empathy or express racial, ethnic or other discrimination, or that may harm minors in any way. Such contents may not be propagated under the law or contractual or managerial relations (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or subject to confidentiality agreements). The Company shall never become aware of your card or account information.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GGD 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation in certain cases, the Greek law on the protection of personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA). New account
When you register on our website (www.terminalxonline.gr) you will be asked to provide some personal information for your convenience when shopping with us. Accepting our terms and conditions means when registering means that you accept receiving our newsletters to the email account you provided. You can unregister from our mailing list anytime. Your email account will not be used by 3rd parties. It will be kept in our database, and you will only be informed about new products, special offers and style tips.
Product purchase
In order to make the search and order procedure easier, we have segmented our products in product categories. Every category has further filters helping you to narrow down your search as quickly and easily as possible. The Company shall make all possible efforts to provide world-class service to you. However, cases of errors may not be excluded for prices and secondary product characteristics, and it cannot be ensured that there will be no suspended webpage operation or “human” errors when updating/entering product prices. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, we urge you, if you find that a product is available at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, to contact Customer Service Centre at support@terminalxonline.gr before your proceed to an order. For orders under €39, you will be charged the additional amount of €2,99 as a shipping fee. For orders of €39 and over, there will be no shipping fee added to the final amount. Once your order is registered, you shall receive an automated e-mail stating your order details. You can view the progress of your order through the e-shop under “Management”. In general, and in case where there are any pending issues with respect to your order, you will be sent a relevant e-mail. Alternatively, we shall contact you at the telephone numbers provided upon your registration or when you entered your order on our site. You are asked to make sure these e-mails reach us and to maintain them throughout our transaction. In case where you do not receive the relevant e-mails, you are obliged to notify us without delay under the general terms governing our transactions.
Using or redeeming more than one (1) discount coupon or voucher, manually or automatically, on the same order is not possible.
Returns Policy
You have the right to return products purchased and request for your money back for free within 14 business days from the day you received your order. Product exchanges in item or size are currently excluded.
If you have paid by card or Apple Pay, you will receive a refund to the respective card or Apple Pay account. If you have paid with cash on delivery, you will receive a refund to the bank account that we will ask from you after the refund request. Please note that, in the cash on delivery case, if your account does not belong in the Piraeus Bank, you will be charged your bank’s transfer fee.
The Company shall be held liable for compensation in case of defect only if that has arisen due to its liability, in which case it shall not be held liable for negligence. Moreover, in all cases, the returned product should be necessarily accompanied with the original sales receipt and price tags, in order for the customer to be compensated. If the customer is found to be at fault for any defect in the product upon its return, they will not be refunded the initial amount but will be given the option to receive back the defective product instead, if they wish to.
For all the aforementioned cases, the products to be returned should be in the condition as received by the client, complete and damage-free and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and it should be in excellent condition together with all accompanying documents (e.g. Shipping Notice, Sales Receipt etc.). Before any return it is recommended to communicate with Customer Service Centre at support@terminalxonline.gr.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled in the following cases: Before the order is complete, during the online order placement, you may remove product quantities from your basket by pressing the delete button. If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been invoiced/sent, you may call at support@terminalxonline.gr and we shall undertake the cancellation of your order. In case where your order has already been invoiced, but you have not yet received it and you wish it is cancelled, immediately contact us at support@terminalxonline.gr and give your order details. Once part of the order is received and you do not want the remaining order to be sent, contact us via email support@terminalxonline.gr and explain the reason why you wish the remaining order to be cancelled.

The online e-shop cooperates with Braintree (https://www.braintreepayments.com/gr) for debit/ credit card payment services via this website.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, cash on delivery or credit/debit card on delivery.
Transaction currency
Currency translations act as a guide. All transactions are completed in Euros (€).
Applicable law/ Arbitration/ Disputes
By using our website or services, you agree that these Terms and Conditions, your use of the website and services and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and us shall be governed by Greek law.
If a dispute arises between you and the Company, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. To this end, you agree to first contact the Company's customer support by phone, via email support@terminalxonline.gr using the contact information listed on our website, to describe the problem and seek resolution. If this does not resolve the problem, then you and the Company agree that any dispute or claim relating to your use of our website or services will be resolved through arbitration and not through court. In addition, you and the Company agree that either party may bring an action in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. The language of the Arbitration proceedings will be Greek and the venue will be in Athens, at a mediation centre to be designated by the parties.
Online Dispute Resolution
According to Directive 2013/11/EK, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, the option of online consumer dispute resolution is now available via the Alternative Dispute Resolution process throughout the European Union.
